A cool part of shooting my friends' cars, and photography in general, is the ability to enhance our future selves' memories with visual cues and representations of a moment in time. I love the idea that maybe one day when my friends and I are old and thinking of cars over the years we'll be able to look back through the photos to see the different builds, chassis, wraps, wheels, and trends from what will be "long ago."
I met up with Young on a rare cold evening in California to capture a snapshot (literally and figuratively) of his car as it sat for SEMA 2015. As with Phil's car, we'll be getting back together in the daylight for a new shoot, but as of now this is the status of Young's FRS RS 1.0.
