Back in May I was in the midst of one of my many early 00’s music binges when I came across Chen’s Instagram. Immediately I thought we could pull off an awesome “glam Gerard Way” look and, after waiting for the jacket to be delivered from the UK and our schedules to align, we made it happen.

Obviously the shoot is heavily influenced by the Famous Last Words music video, but without the awesome flaming wreckage and nighttime landscape. That being said, I think this was one of the most fun and easy-going shoots I’ve ever done and absolutely love the results. Bonus: it’s perfect timing for Halloween and MCR is having a REUNION!
