Timing was tight for this shoot, but sometimes the coolest stuff comes from a countdown clock - the urge to overthink the framing of each shot is replaced by a "Sure, why not try it" mentality, opening the door for some cool opportunities. Courtney took me to this rad little park tucked away in Mesa (which we'll be revisiting one evening after the sun sets) and the colors were strong. With the setting, visor reflections, and colorful tattoos, it'd have been a disservice to maintain my usual subdued editing style and I'm glad I went full send on the colors! Courtney was awesome to shoot with, moving from spot to spot and pose to pose with ease and tossing back and forth framing ideas even under the tight time limit. Awesome stuff.
